24/7 Emergency Response

Based on the advice from the skeleton team, the owner decides whether to take further action into a salvage agreement.

Skeleton Team

Immediate on-site assessment of an emergency situation performed by Svitzer experts such as naval architects, Salvage Master, chemicals expert etc in order to advise the owner of further steps to be taken.

Reporting & Advice

The Response Advisor serves a consultancy role, familiarising with emergency situations, analysing them and giving objective advice to the captain, the response team and the owner to limit escalation of the situation.

Stabilising

The skeleton team being on-site, will take action to ensure ship and cargo be stabilised in order to prevent deterioration of the situation.

Oil Spill Response

Managing a global network of partners to minimise environmental damage, we provide professional care in limiting the extent of oil spills, including containment, removal, storage, transport and discharge – as well as OPA90 coverage.

Pre-agreed Rates

Pre-agreed rates structure for solving minor incidents. Enables all parties to reduce the level of damage and expedite
the claims handling process. Your position will be strengthened as a result of all measures being taken.
